Synthetic fragrances may be present in a "Clean at Sephora" product, provided that the brand has certified that they have complied with our "Clean at Sephora" fragrance criteria. In skincare, makeup, and hair products only, synthetic fragrances are allowable at concentrations below 1% of the total formula.
