The Sephora Beauty Pass ID is a 13-digit number. Here are some ways to obtain your Membership ID.
In Sephora Marketing Emails
You can find your Sephora Beauty Pass Membership ID in any of our Sephora marketing emails. This information is located at the top right-hand corner of the emails. A Sephora marketing email is usually sent from the email domain: hello@beauty.sephora.nz.
In Store
Please approach one of our Beauty Advisors and provide them with your email address registered with your Beauty Pass Membership and they'll be happy to help you. Alternatively, you can also provide them with your mobile number.
Sephora App
- Sign in to your Beauty Pass Account on the mobile app
- On Android, tap on the menu icon at the top left-hand corner of your screen and click on ‘My Account’. On iOS, click on 'Account' on the bottom right of the menu.
- You will see your Beauty Pass Membership Virtual Card and tap on the ‘Show’ button in red.
- You will be able to see your Membership ID and a barcode, which you can also show to Beauty Advisors in-store to scan.
Sephora Web
- Sign in to your Beauty Pass Account on the website
- Click on ‘My Account’ > ‘Dashboard’
- You will be able to see your Beauty Pass Membership Tier and 13-digit Membership ID, reflecting beside your points balance.
Physical Card
You can also refer to the 13-digit number on your Sephora Beauty Pass physical card if you have one.
