• Delivery times are based on orders placed before 1pm NZDT.
• Shipping fees apply if minimum purchase falls below $25 after discounts are applied.
• Shipping may take additional time during extreme weather events.
• Shipping is only available on weekdays (excluding New Zealand Public Holidays).
• Transit times are guidelines only; exact delivery times will vary based on pick-up and delivery locations and customs clearance.

Extended Returns Policy:

For a little peace of mind this Holiday Season, we have extended our usual returns policy. From 22nd November 2024, items bought online or in-store as gifts will be eligible for return until the 15th of January 2025.
