I was not/ am not able to receive my parcel upon delivery.

If you are unable to receive the parcel upon delivery, not to worry!

1. If the area is deemed a safe place, the driver will leave the parcel. Safe place definition:
   • Not on a busy street.
   • Not in an open area.
   • Under shelter in case of rain.
2. Once delivery is complete the driver will take photograph.
3. If there is no safe place, the driver will return it to the depot and leave a card so you may call NZ couriers and arrange re-delivery or pick-up.
4. If you cannot be reached, the second redelivery will be attempted.
5. If unsuccessful, this order will then be returned back to the sender.
