If you are unable to receive the parcel upon delivery, not to worry!
- If the area is deemed a safe place, the driver will leave the parcel. Safe place definition:
- Not on a busy street.
- Not in an open area.
- Under shelter in case of rain.
- Once delivery is complete the driver will take photograph.
- If there is no safe place, the driver will return it to the depot and leave a card so you may call NZ couriers and arrange re-delivery or pick-up.
- If you cannot be reached, the second redelivery will be attempted.
- If unsuccessful, this order will then be returned back to the sender.
