How to Return an In-Store Purchase
To start a return for an in-store purchase, please provide proof of purchase through either a receipt or your Beauty Pass Account purchase history. Our cast members will assist you with the next steps.
Return Requirements:
- Item must be in its original purchase condition to qualify for a refund*. Packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked, and not defaced.
- Refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- This policy does not apply to items stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
- Client rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by Sephora’s return and exchange policy.
*Dyson products are excluded from standard rules. Lightly used Dyson products may be returned in-store for a full refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase.
International Purchases
Currently, we cannot accept returns for items purchased from Sephora stores in other countries.
