Items purchased with Afterpay can be returned for an exchange or refund, subject to Sephora’s Returns Policy. Returns or refunds will be processed and Afterpay will be advised. Your payment plan will then be adjusted to reflect the new total order value. If you have already made a payment, this will be refunded to you via Afterpay.
In-store Purchases
- In-store purchases paid with Afterpay can only be returned in-store. Please ensure you have your Afterpay digital card with you, so we can process the refund via Afterpay.
Online Purchases
- Online purchases paid with Afterpay can be returned in-store only for an exchange or store credit. Please note, you will continue to pay off the payments with Afterpay until the order is paid off in full.
